For disposal there are 2- or 3 axis mobile milling machines. Depending on the required strain power, we either use hydraulic-, electric- or air motor drives.

For the assembly of this mobile milling machine, only the bore pipe diameter was available. To reach the height of the machine, smallest as possible, the adjustment in the y - axis was realized over a taper key.

Milling of a rising groove on a hydraulic press. We fix our machine with a mounting plate. We have realized 3 - axis over a mechanical stage with an additional axis for the depth adjustment. For the drive we use a hydraulic motor.
We can rework or modify any kind of keyways on site with our mobile equipment.
After facing the sealing area of an heat exchanger, we mill the grooves to an equipotential surface for the partition plates.
